Shipping Info

Orders placed before 3pm EST are usually shipped the same day when the products ordered are in stock. (Monday - Friday)

Please call us at 800.871.9095 if you require expedited shipping other than our regular shipping option. We can ship via UPS overnight, UPS 2-day or UPS 3-day on orders placed over the phone. Only ground shipping is available on internet orders at this time.

Order Tracking

You can track the process of your order by logging into your account here, and viewing "past order history", or by following the link in the order confirmation email, or by checking out the "Order Tracking" page.

School and Government Purchase Orders

We accept all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, and email so we can send a confirmation of the order. Fax your PO to 562-986-9429 or mail it to our physical address below. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours.

Personal Check and Money Orders

If you would like to pay by personal check or with a money order please select the prepay by check option after you have added your items to the cart and are ready to checkout. This will allow you to place an order in our system and give you an invoice to print and order number to write on your check. Then, you mail your check to us and once we get it we will ship out the order you placed online.
