Compatible and Remanufactured Product Returns

Shopping for compatible and remanufactured ink comes with a great perk…one of the best guarantees in the business. All of our compatible and remanufactured products are backed by a 2 year 100% satisfaction guarantee. Learn more about it below!

With our compatible guarantee, you are eligible for a replacement cartridge for 2 full years from the date of purchase!

If a problem occurs during the first year of purchase, we will replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price

If a concern is made known within the second year we will replace the product or offer you store credit.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Genuine Brand Returns

OEM or genuine brand products are original cartridges sold by their respective manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with an OEM product, please contact us within 15 days so we can take care of you.

Customers may return unopened, defective or damaged products for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

Store credit will be issued for issues dealt with 16-30 days after the date of purchase.

OEM products include genuine brand ink, toner and office supplies.

How do I get a replacement cartridge?

First, let us know what you need replaced! Contact our customer support team to set up a replacement on your account. If you have an issue with a generic product within the first year of purchase, we will ship a replacement cartridge to you right way. A prepaid return mailing label will be included with the new cartridge so you can ship the faulty product back to our warehouse free of charge. If you experience an issue within the second year, we ask that you return the defective product to our warehouse before we ship out a replacement. Once the faulty cartridge is received by our returns team, we will ship the replacement cartridge out to you via standard shipping.


Customers will receive a refund or store credit (when applicable) within 7-15 business days after confirmed receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used to purchase the product.

Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages

Any items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening.

Customers must report any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.


If you ordered the wrong product or need to switch out old cartridges due to a new printer, contact us about an exchange. Qualifying products must be unopened and covered by the 2 year guarantee. Returned products that do not meet our sellable condition standards will not qualify for a replacement and will be sent to a recycling center Our customer service team is available 7 days a week, at 800-871-9095.
