Refund Policy

Any product that you purchase from SimplyInk is protected by a two-year 100% satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If are unhappy with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase price or exchange your item.

You can return the majority of our products for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable, unless there has been a packing error.

Shipping Policy

In the contiguous United States, orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $4.95. Orders above $50 are free. Rates to Canada are based on weight and take longer to receive because of Customs inspections at the border.

Order Tracking

You can track packages being shipped within the contiguous United States from the moment that you order by entering your order number and email address or zip code.

School and Government Purchase Orders

We accept all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, and email so we can send a confirmation of the order. Fax your PO to 562-986-9429 or mail it to our physical address below. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours.

Personal Check and Money Orders

If you would like to pay by personal check or with a money order please select the prepay by check option after you have added your items to the cart and are ready to checkout. This will allow you to place an order in our system and give you an invoice to print and order number to write on your check. Then, you mail your check to us and once we get it we will ship out the order you placed online.

Common Questions & Answers

  • I can't tell the difference between standard yield and high yield.

    The difference between a standard and high-yield cartridge isn't necessarily a physical one. The biggest difference between the two is the value that each will give. A high-yield cartridge will print significantly more than a standard cartridge and costs only marginally more. That means that the better value will always be the high-yield cartridge, even when there is no apparent difference in the size or design of the cartridge.

  • I can't create a new password.

    Creating a new password because you have forgotten your old one should be a simple process. The only thing that could realistically stand in the way is incorrectly entered information. It is also important to remember that when you create a new password, all of your other passwords are no longer valid. This means that if you try to use your old password enough times, your account will be automatically locked by our online system. This is done for your security. Please remember to only attempt to use one password at a time.

  • I did not receive a confirmation number.

    Confirmation emails are sent automatically at the completion of an online order. If you do not receive your confirmation email the same day that you make your order, your email address may have been entered into our system incorrectly. Another possible cause is that our mail is being caught by your SPM filter. If that is the case, simply check your bulk folder or add our domain name to your email account's "Safe Senders List".

    Orders made over the phone require that email addresses be manually entered into the system which means that there will be a delay in the time it takes for you to receive the email. Feel free to call our toll free customer service line if you have not received a confirmation email and you wish to confirm your order.

  • Why can't I track my international package?

    Internationally shipped packages cannot be shipped beyond our borders with the exception of seeing that they have gone out from our warehouse and have been received. You should expect some additional shipping time to account for the inspections that take place at the border by Customs officials.

  • Why does the cartridge I received look bigger/smaller/different than the OEM?

    With our compatible cartridges, there is some difference in the physical appearance of the products simply because they are made to a unique design and to differentiate them from the OEM products. These differences will not affect the performance of your brand-new cartridge.

    Remanufactured cartridges go through rigorous cleaning, testing, and repair and can contain between 60 and 80% new materials when you receive them. This means that there might be slight differences in the appearance but the performance should be exactly the same.

  • How do I get discounts (coupons)?

    The two easiest ways to get the most current coupons and deals is through our email newsletter and through our social media pages (link to facebook/twitter). To sign up for email updates, sign up for our email newsletter; enter your email address in the newsletter signup box on our home page.

  • If I provide my email address on an order/newsletter sign up, will you spam me?

    We do not SPAM our customers. Once you sign up for our email list, you will only receive messages related to promotions or sales on our site. In addition, you will receive your confirmation emails when orders are completed and when your packages ship from our warehouse.

  • How do I remove my email address from your email list?

    Each email that you receive will include a an un-subscription link that will take you to the SPAM policy pagewhere you can remove your information from our list.

Refund Policy Questions & Answers

  • How will I know when my refund goes through?

    We process refunds as soon as we receive them. Going through the process of shipping a package to us, our processing it, and returning the money to you generally takes 7 to 14 business days.

  • How long will it take to get my refund?

    Normally, packages take 7 to 14 business days to be received, processed, and refunded.

  • Is there a restocking fee?

    No. We do not charge any fees for returns.

  • Will you mail me a check for my refund?

    We will mail you a check if you used a check for your purchase. We issue refunds through the same payment method that you used to make the order. Therefore, a credit card purchase would have funds refunded to the same credit card.

  • Can I just get store credit?

    We do not offer store credit for refunds. We simply refund the price of returned items so that you can make a new order for the items that you would like to purchase.

  • Is it safe to put my credit card number on your site? 

    We use SSL encryption to protect credit card purchases from security threats. We are also tested daily through McAfee security to help users to be confident when making purchases with us.

    Our privacy statement has been reviewed for compliance with TRUSTe and we take our user's privacy very seriously.

  • If I pay online who has access to my info?

    Representatives from our company cannot see your credit card information. They only have access to the last 4 digits of your card number in the event that they need to verify your identity.

  • I do not want to use my credit card; do you accept other payment methods?

    We gladly accept Paypal, Amazon checkout, and pre-payment using a check.

  • How long will it take to get my package?

    Most packages within the United States will be delivered within 2 to 5 days.

  • If I place the order today, when will you ship?

    We ship our orders out the same day that they are received as long as they come in before 4pm Pacific Time. If your order isn't received before 4pm, it will go out from our warehouse on the next business day.

  • What carrier do you use to ship?

    Depending on the weight and destination of a package, we can use UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping varies by weight and the destination of the package for orders to Canada or the non-contiguous states. Within the contiguous states, your shipping is free on orders over $50. To calculate shipping costs, see our Shipping Policy page.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping and how much does it cost?

    The expedited shipping options that we offer are UPS 2-day and Next Day service. The price for those varies by weight and by destination but it is important to note that only 2-day service is available online. For Next Day shipping service, your order can only be made over the phone.

  • Has my package shipped?

    You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email when your package goes out. From there, you are able to check the status of your shipment in your online account.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    The only locations we ship to outside of the United States are Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO addresses. The rates of delivery for these locations can be viewed on our shipping policy page.

  • Where can I track my package? 

    Your shipment can be tracked with, or, depending on which was used to ship. All of this information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Why didn't I receive the tracking number via email?

    Your tracking information is sent through an automated email. The only things that would stop you from receiving this information would be an incorrectly entered email address or the email being sent but being filtered out of your inbox and labeled as SPAM.

  • How can I get my tracking number?

    If you don't have your tracking number, you can log into your account with us to get the information. For phone orders, you can retrieve your number by logging on to the website or by calling our customer service number.
