Was surprised I had to fill an "old" cassette Directions for first time user was not clear. Example: where or what was the "film" to be removed? I removed the foil seal and ruined my cassette. October 11, 2012

It,s very hard to read the directions. I missed up my black cartridge trying to figure out what I was doing and had to order another one. And also got the colored refill and I,m afraid to use it. The user,s manual is so small I had to use a magifying glass to see it. The instruction,s need to be simplyifed for dummies like me. January 24, 2012
