This was my first purchase from Simply Ink and the price of my toner cartridge sold me.
Not having installed a toner cartridge on this printer before (BR TN360) and being used to HP printers had a difficult time seating the toner. I then called the customer service number and they walked me thru installation and everything is GREAT !!.
The customer service person was knowledgeable and fast in responding to my call. She was easy to understand and patient with me . I will be a return customer for all my printers needs

Very good quality, and long lasting saves me 1/2
these cartridges actually save me one half off the cost at staples or office depot. There is absolutely no difference in quality or in the time these cartridges last. I have 3 Brother multitask machines which all take the same cartridge, which also saves me money by not having to stock various cartridges models.

Good and low cost replacement
In case anyone doesnt know,on youtube there is a video of how to get more pages out of your toner cartritge.It involves putting a peice of black tape over a sensor.When you do that you will get many more sheets out of the toner cartritge.Just search for hl-2140.And it will come up.
